Chumlee from Pawn Stars Considers Plea Deal in Drug and Weapons Case
Austin Lee Russell, best known as Chumlee from Pawn Stars, appeared in court Monday and indicated he may accept a plea deal in connection with drug and firearm charges stemming from a March police raid at his Las Vegas home.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Russell has agreed to plead guilty to one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance. As part of the deal, a second felony weapons charge will remain on record.

The agreement requires Russell to forfeit the firearms and drugs seized by police, serve three years of probation, and undergo treatment.
Russell was arrested on March 9 after police allegedly found 12 firearms—including handguns, rifles, and an MP5 assault-style weapon—a large bag of marijuana, and a small quantity of methamphetamine. Officers had originally visited his home as part of an investigation into a sexual assault case. He was released on $62,000 bail and was not charged in that case.
According to Fox News, the charges could be dismissed entirely if Russell, 33, completes probation without further legal trouble. If not, he could face two to five years in state prison.
