Lorrie Morgan Pays Tribute to Late Husband Randy White
Country music star Lorrie Morgan is honoring the memory of her husband, Randy White, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 72 after facing health challenges. The couple shared 17 years together and had been married since 2010.
In a heartfelt social media post, Morgan referred to White as her “rock” and “champion,” expressing gratitude for the support and love he gave throughout their relationship.
Morgan’s son, Jesse Keith Whitley, also shared a touching message, describing White as a compassionate and spiritually grounded figure who played a meaningful role in their family’s life.
Earlier this year, Morgan postponed several performances to be with White during his treatment. During that time, fellow country artist Pam Tillis stepped in as a temporary performer on tour with the band Alabama.
Randy White, a retired businessman, was Morgan’s sixth husband and her first outside the music industry. Despite personal difficulties, Morgan remained active in her career, releasing her latest album Dead Girl Walking in 2024.
As of now, Morgan has not announced when she plans to return to the stage. Fans continue to send messages of support during this time, reflecting the strong connection she has built with audiences over the years.
